UTSTARTCOM Modem is an excellent Modem/Router provided by BSNL. It has WIFI embedded on it.
A better practice to protect the Modem from improper settings is to keep a Backup of settings. If any problem is faced while accessing the modem two option are there..
1)Update the Modem settings with the backup copy of the settings
2)Reset the Modem and update with backup copy.(The RESET key is not very visible.It is located on the right bottom of the modem)

i have bsnl WA3002G4 UTSTARCOM MODEM.
HOW CAN I RESET IT AND CAN I USE IT FOR RELIANCE BROADBAND.
you can reset your MODEM by pressing the reset button. The reset button is usually located below or towards the back of your device.
Am not pretty sure about whether the device can be used for Reliance Broadband.
